DEFINITIONS
1.1. "Giveaway" refers to the Weekly and Monthly Prize Giveaway organized by Next DLP.
1.2. "Entrant" refers to any individual or entity that meets the eligibility criteria and enters the Giveaway.
1.3. "Next DLP" refers to the company that is organizing the Giveaway.
1.4. "Qualification Criteria" refers to the specified conditions that an Entrant must meet to be eligible for the Giveaway.
1.5. "Insider Risk or DLP Project" refers to any upcoming project within the next 12 to 24 months concerning Insider Risk Management or Data Loss Prevention.
1.6. "Endpoint" refers to a remote computing device that communicates back and forth with a network to which it is connected.
1.7. "Product Demo Meeting" refers to the scheduled demonstration of Next DLP’s products and/or services.
ELIGIBILITY
2.1. To be eligible for the Giveaway, Entrants must:
a. Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
b. Have participated in a Product Demo Meeting within the same month as the demo request form was submitted via www.nextdlp.com/book-a-demo.
ENTRY
3.1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
3.2. Entries must be made by partaking in a product demo meeting with Next DLP, and meeting the eligibility criteria.
3.3. Entries will be accepted online starting on Monday, August 14th 2023, and all entries must be received by Friday, December 22 2023, .
PRIZES
4.1. The prizes may vary on a weekly and monthly basis. Specifics of the prizes will be provided in the corresponding Giveaway announcements.
4.2. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
4.3. The prizes are non-transferable.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
5.1. Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Next DLP.
5.2. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection of the Winner.
5.3. Next DLP shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU
6.1. By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that Next DLP shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, picture, and information for news, publicity, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1. Next DLP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Next DLP's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Next DLP and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
