Content Inspection (CI) is a feature that allows a user to define an inspection pattern to determine if a file contains the specified pattern on the endpoint as data is accessed.
For example, any file that contains highly confidential information, credit card numbers, PII, PHI, and other sensitive information. Content inspection occurs in real time. It does not require pre-classification of all data in an organization.
